Impecable service from quote to install! Both Claudia and Andrew where amazing. All the guys that came to install everything made sure they kept the dust to a minimum by sealing off the immediate areas. Very professional. No issues at all, they came installed everything and left. Will use them again in the future. Very happy with everything.

Big five star review!! Excellent experience from start to finish with Elite Impact Glass & Doors. Eddy the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to explaining the process & different options. Leo the Project manager was very communicative and touched bases at every step of the way. Leo made sure to personally pass by and address any questions immediately. He made sure that I didn’t worry about anything and made the installation very easy. Katherine, Claudia and Janet from the office team were also extremely responsive and helped schedule my installation and punch list appointment as soon as possible. Definitely would recommend and not hesitate to use them again.

Very professional group of people, from the salesperson, the project manger, the delivery and residue collectors all the way to the installation crew. They were able to navigate their way through the city permitting and the condos rules and regulations even in a difficult city and building like ours. Happy to recommend Elite Impact Glass.
